IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR BOOTH

The in-person exhibitor booths have been filled! Please see the virtual booth option if you are interested in having a booth at this year's Tribal Public Health Conference!

Tribal Public Health Conference 2024 exhibitors will be able to interact in-person with attendees from across Indian Country at our host venue location. Our conference committees will work closely with our exhibitors to ensure your exhibitor team booth is set up to drive maximum traffic and have multiple communication touch points throughout the three-day conference event.

For TPHC 2024, exciting new updates to come for our exhibitors and attendee experience!

IN-PERSON BOOTH INCLUDES

  • On-site booth + digital listing on vFairs Event Platform
  • Organization logo
  • Link to organization website
  • Adding video URL, live streaming link, company information, promotional offers, and up to 2 documents
  • Adding fellow colleagues to help manage the booth (Please note they must already be registered for the conference)
  • And more exciting updates to come via vFairs Event Platform!

IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT!

IN-PERSON Booth Information

  • Booth Fees – $450.00 for 3 days (non-refundable)
  • 2 registrations included
  • Electricity included
  • Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa charges an additional handling fee if vendors have their items shipped to the casino (price is based on weight and size).
  • Set-up time 7:00 AM on April 23rd. Breakdown April 25th at 4:00 PM.
  • Due to limited space, booth areas are limited to 8’ by 8’ and includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Exhibitors may not bring in additional tables or large displays. No exceptions.
  • Wi-Fi is complimentary.
  • Additional information will be sent with details regarding exhibitor set-up once vendor approval and registration is complete.

  • Exhibitor registration closes when all tables are reserved or on March 15, 2024.

Tribal Public Health Conference 2024 virtual exhibitors will be able to experience interactation with attendees from across Indian Country like never before! Our conference committee and vFairs team will work closely with our exhibitors to ensure your virtual booth is set up to get the most value on our virtual event platform!

  • Booth Fees – $125.00 for 3 days (non-refundable) 
    • Registration NOT included in virtual exhibitor booth fee.
  • Set-up virtual booth by April 5th, 2024.
  • Additional information will be sent with details regarding exhibitor set-up once vendor approval and registration is complete.
